Im going to school to be a pastry chef and i have alot of bakeware but i need more. I have a torch but it sucks and i need a great using one that actually works. where could i get bakers these tools?

Bed,Bath and beyond, lowes, any good resturant supply store, of which there are many on the Jersey shore. also you might hold off buying new untill class begins, as you might find bargins being offered to students through the school. good luck and Happy baking, it's a great career! Cheers
