im baking shake n bake right now and thie chicken are starting to turn soft on outside?
and kind of runny and wet. It should be almost done. Why does it look like that ? what do i do?
also the bottom is wet and meat is a little red. and there was some black stuff on some of the chicken... im guessing it was blood.
Put them on a rack. I find Shake"N" Bake mucky if I put the meat directly on a tray so I put them on a rack and bake it a little longer than they say on the package.
