What Form Of STEVIA Is Best To Use In Baking?
I know stevia comes in many forms, including the original natural leaf, powdered leaf, liquid form and a blend. So which is best for baking? And if it's the blend, what else is in it? (please! thanks
)
Powdered is what I've found in most recipes. I've always used Trader Joe's 100% stevia leaf extract. So many of the other brand names add extra ingredients, expensive packaging and a larger price. =)
