Pros Always make hard things look easy. I’d assume That’s why it’s called ‘expert village’.
I myself haven’t made a pie before, but my mom has and she said it took her many many, many tries to make her first one that turned out.
The easiest things in cooking r the hardest to down pack:)
You make it look so easy, when in reality, making a pie crust is one of the most difficult things a baker can make! I never bother rolling one out, and then have to unroll it into the pie plate. I just take the ball of dough and press it in.
