Tips On Baking A Pizza?
I have the ready made crust, so i am just going to put the pizza sauce together with cheese and veggies, but how long does the pizza have to stay in the oven? Just until the cheese melts, right?
I actually learned a great trick for baking pizza from my brother-in-law. He bakes the crust without the sauce, cheese and toppings until it is light brown. I like to spread some olive oil and garlic poweder on first too. Then he puts the toppings on and just broils the pizza until it is melty and bubbly. My husband and I have been making pizza this way since we got married and it is WONDERFUL!

I find it’s much easier and tastier, you saute the veggies in a pan on the stove, to get them to the way you want them, soft wise! Then put them on the pizza after they have cooled a bit and then the cheese, and the pizza will be done when the cheese is melted! I like fried onions on all my pizza’s, so I fry the onions in a pan on the stove to the way I like them, then put them on the pizza and then bake the pizza until the cheese is melted! Very Yummy!
