Any Tips For Baking Bread In A Counter Top Convection Oven?

I'm not sure it's baking bread in a counter top convection oven, but I do know a recipe for bread.

Ingredients
Milk
Sugar
Flour
Butter
Eggs

I'm not sure it's bread but I think it's bread.

1. Buy the ingredients.
2. Mix the ingredients.
3. Pour the batter into the pan
4. Bake the bread.
5. Enjoy

I do that especially in the summer to prevent heating up my house. I like to cook biscuits best of all. The main thing to look for is the oven getting too hot. I can’t turn my down enough to cook the bread slowly which is why biscuits work well. I can turn them half way through the cook time and it works well.
