Tips On Baking Chicken?
Hey there, so I nrmally poach my chicken. I use boneless, skinless chicken breast, well needless to say, I gave it a try, I cooked it at 450 F for 20 minutes, it was all pink, so I let it cook a bit longer, I gave up once it was still pink after another few minutes of cooking and I poached it, any tips to make it taste nice and tender? Or wahtever. Thanks!
No matter how you season your chicken, I have found that the trick to tender juicy chicken is to cover it with foil for the first hour of baking at 350 F. Check and see if it is still pink, if it is cover it and cook it a bit longer. Once it is cooked through uncover and turn oven up to 450 F for about 10 minutes. This will allow the outside to get a good texture while the inside stays tender and juicy.
