And then it would not be as good. So there you go.
Not a very healthy version of it. Way too much butter, way too much sugar, etc. There are much better and healthier versions if you do an internet search.

A very quick Google search answered that question.
1/2 pound 227 g
how much does 2 sticks of butter weight?
Definitly would like to try this bread. Have to find some baking soda first though, shouldn’t be that hard.
Yup, it got too gooey, so I just thought it would be nasty all over the counter.
Knead into a ball….but I didn’t see you knead the dough…I gather the beater made it too gooey? Your results look great…will try.
Not sure why bread flour. It’s what the chef from the hotel said to use.
I would like to try your recipe as it seems very simple. I would also like to know why
bread flour?..I coat my soda bread with
egg white beaten with bit of sugar…makes top v. crunchy. My recipe is more cake like…but always looking to
find the “perfect one”…looks very gooey
to pour out..will try
..would also love TO SEE A CUT PIECE OF THE BREAD FOR TEXTURE.
You’ll have to google that one. There’s some rule about using more or less if you don’t use bread flour.
Can I use all-purpose flour instead of bread flour?
Thanks! Hope you do more baking/cooking videos! =]
A Tupperware dealer. Look in your yellow pages. There should be scads of them!
Do you know where you had gotten them from?
-Jennifer
Those are incredibly old Tupperware measuring cups
Beth, where did you get your measuring cups? I’ve been looking for measuring cups that include 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, and 1 cup!
3 teaspoons= 1 tablespoon :]

I might just do that!
Thanks! You should give ‘er a try. It’s one of the best I’ve had so far!
I enjoyed watching this! Good job.
