I enjoy baking but I think the high humidity where I live is affecting my results. The effects are slight but does anyone have any good tips on how to circumvent these problems in the future? I recently moved from a dry climate to high humidity climate.

    It all depends on exactly what it is that you’re trying to bake. There are websites that will give you answers based specifically on what you are baking. Just type in the words "baking tips for a very humid climate" and see how many different sites pop up. Each site has different info.
