Oven Liner
cupcake recipe trouble?
the one thing im confused on is...when it says preheat the oven..it says "place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375. line w/ paper cupcake liners."
so...i put the actual baking pan in the oven while its preheating w/ the paper liners....right?

No sweetie! You dont put the cupcake pan in the oven with your liners in it while you are pre heating your oven. After you preheat the oven you place your cupcake pan in the middle of the baking rack in the oven and then bake for the alloted amount of time. If it says place a rack in the middle of the oven then it must be written wrong or either you have read/translated wrong. I promise you, as a baker I would not steer you wrong!!! You preheat your oven, THEN place your cupcake pan in the middle of your oven on the baking rack and back for the alloted time at 375.
